Privacy Policy

In short: Recaho Extender does not track your browsing, does not use analytics or advertising trackers, and never sells your data. The extension imports order and dispatch information from the Recaho POS account you're already logged into, so it can be shown on your dispatch board and passed to the delivery rider it's assigned to in the Recaho Extender Companion app. That's the only data it handles.
This policy covers the Recaho Extender Chrome extension and the Recaho Extender Companion mobile app (together, the "Service"). Recaho Extender is built and maintained by a single independent developer, who is also the data controller for the Service.

What data the extension processes
When you use Recaho Extender on your Recaho POS pages, it reads and imports the following information, using your own logged-in POS session, in order to build your dispatch board:
- Order details (items, order ID, order time, order status)
- Customer delivery information attached to the order (e.g. name, address, phone number), as already present in your Recaho POS
- Delivery photos you choose to attach to an order (e.g. proof of pickup or delivery)
- Rider assignments you make (which rider is assigned to which order)
This data is imported via a secure API so it can be displayed on your dispatch board and made available to the specific rider it is assigned to in the Recaho Extender Companion app. It is not read from, or applied to, any site other than your Recaho POS.
What the mobile app processes
The Recaho Extender Companion app, used by delivery riders, only shows orders that have been assigned to that rider by the dispatch board. Riders can update delivery status, and view any photo or delivery details attached to their assigned orders. The app does not request access to a rider's contacts, files, or other apps.
What we don't do
- We don't collect analytics, usage tracking, or advertising identifiers.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing or advertising.
- We don't read or import data from any website other than the Recaho POS pages the extension is designed for.
- We don't store your Recaho POS login credentials — the extension uses your existing, already-authenticated browser session.
How data is stored and secured
Imported order and dispatch data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and stored only for as long as needed to operate the dispatch and delivery workflow — for example, so a completed order's status and photo remain visible on your dispatch board. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting sabin.sth44@gmail.com.
Data sharing
Order and delivery data is only shared between your dispatch board (Chrome extension) and the specific rider assigned to that order (via the Companion app). It is not shared with any other third party.
Your rights and choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with your account.
- You can uninstall the Chrome extension or delete the mobile app at any time to stop all data processing.

Children's privacy
The Service is intended for business use by merchants and their delivery riders, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date above.
